Charles Williams emigrated to Argentina in the 1870s Bringing with him a family recipe on how to produce a London Dry Gin, which I guard with suspicion. After more than a century, it came into the hands of a descendant who decided to develop the project brought by his great-grandfather, and it was where Williams London Dry Gin emerged. Unlike many of the new gins, this London preserves the Dry of the original British recipe, where you only need to feel its aroma to recognize it... The juniper, allspice, coleander or star anise stand out, but you can also feel the incorporation of citrus, herbaceous and spice notes, extracted from the high peaks of Calchaquí, providing a unique aroma in its preparation...
